I have a great supervisor/manager who is always available to discuss my needs or concerns, and It's no secret that we have a great culture here at CircaLogicaGroup. It's one that encourages learning and building your skills, while also having fun which helps keep me motivated at work.
The challengesI don't experience this but I do see it in my other co-workers, our company does not have a lot of branches all over the country, so I hope they expand more rapidly because some of our employees are working at home, it might be great working at home in your comfort place, but it also best for the employees to work at the workplace since it makes us focus more at the task, and to socialize more to others.
