    The good thingsI enjoy working with my colleagues, the relationship with my manager and the crew was superb ! We treat each other as a best of friends . I enjoy my work and my companions , its a great experience.

    Not ideal for a long term employment
    The good thingsEmployees (staffs / rank and file) are passionate and hardworking
    The challengesThe Human Resources department does not serve its purpose. It creates an atmosphere of fear and an unhealthy work environment. The management does not take care of its people leading to a very, very, very high attrition rate. People come and go. There's no way that they want to control the problem thru professional intervention. Very political.

    Very Challenging but pressured environment
    The good thingsThey give 13th month pay and do fixed salaries to selected emp. Employee benefits are lacking. Christmas Bonus is lacking.
    The challengesReview the org chart of each dept. Take a good cake and treasure the good and intelligent emps. Give rewards to good emps.
