    The good thingsFamily-oriented company, work/life balance. Sport fest that will run for a year (1 per quarter).
    The challengesSaturday is considered part of the workweek; however, activities are not always scheduled on that day, as it is typically reserved for business or company-related events when needed. There seems to be some uncertainty regarding the departmental task assignments, and it is not yet fully clear who is responsible for some tasks.

    The good thingsI enjoyed the good work-life balance in my company because it allowed me to manage my tasks efficiently while still having enough time for my personal life.

    Nice colleagues, environment but terrible system, salary etc
    The good thingsMost of the people there were friendly; most are youngsters so If you are about that age you can definitely go along with them. If you are into minimal supervision, then this company will quite give you that liberty. They strongly promote work/life balance.
    The challengesThey don't often address issue on manpower thus forces people there to do tasks other than theirs. It's like your job tasks are piling up while unfortunately your salary remains stagnant. They hardly promote people or increase salary regardless of the performance. Perhaps because they don't have consistent evaluation/ close monitoring for each employee.
