The good thingsIt used to be a good company where there is openness between management and employees and people are inspired to work despite lacking in other material benefits.
The challengesIt becomes profit oriented organization without employees and customers considerations

    Gateway to Excellence
The good thingsI enjoyed the activities and company with the old and new friends coming and outgoing in the company. They've given me so much knowledge, training's, seminars and build me up to compete with others. The company showed me how to be tough and patiently proceed even with all the things (stress) you would feel in order to survive in the name business and staying calm to finish the job needed to be done with all your heart.
The challengesThe company gave me all the hard-works, capacity more than a mere employee can handle but I still overcome their test and in order to build me to the person that a company will be needing for the future. The Company hit me hard with all the best they got but I manage to endure the pain and stress, of working in a very long time, with the salary I don't deserve for such it does not even good for a great employee.

    An Eye for Perfection
The good thingsThe learning environment has been really great, where employees would never feel they were discriminated upon whenever challenges were \"thrown\" to the newbies, most particularly. One would feel \"up-to-it\" especially as the immediate supervisors are encouraging and very supportive, boosting your morale as you tackle new tasks, or even think out of the box ideas to improve existing methods.
The challengesWorking outside the company's more comfortable office and under the heart of the sun, walking, commuting, fighting it out with other commuters to save on taxi fares going from building to building especially at the Makati area was a real challenge because you don't always the place where you are supposed to go and do the background check of the company you are assigned to do a report on.
