Overall, whether you're a newbie or tenured in the ESL industry, CDP will be a good company for you. The officers and managers are very helpful. Career advancement is possible as long as you always keep your best foot forward. The good things1. Our CEO and the people you'll meet in the office are very nice and approachable.
2. Once the management sees and acknowledges your efforts, expect that opportunities will open for you. Promotion in CDP is not always based on seniority, but also on one's work attitude, perspective, and being a team player, among others.
3. Mostly WFH set-up. Some are hybrid, some are office-based.
4. Each account has its perks and rewards on top of one's basic salary. Speaking of which, the salary range is around average to high average compared to other ESL companies.
5. Normally, the work schedule is M-F, mid-shift. But there are some accounts with early shifts and rotating schedules.
6. HMO, Govt-mandated benefits, free consultation with the company physician, monthly performance awards
The challengesChallenges depend on the account one belongs to. Some accounts will challenge your endurance because of lesson demand. A few, you'll find it difficult to file for a leave. Nonetheless, you'll be able to take a break aside from the two-day weekend. I believe that no company is perfect and more or less, one will experience challenges not only in CDP but also in other companies.
