    Awesome and Friendly Colleagues
    The good thingsI love how my co-workers support each other and give their time when I needed help. It's also easier to complete my tasks knowing I have everyone's support. Thanks also to my immediate superior for teaching me how to improve my work, giving me advice on how to do the right thing, and being patient with my mistakes.

    The challengesLow salary and benefits. Most won't stay long or will leave once have better opportunity. Hope they improve the compensation scheme. U will be given low/no potential accounts, good accounts are handled by senior staff. All the best to you.
