Working with people in helping satisfy their information needs
The good thingsMy employer/s allowed me to have interaction with a lot of people specially teachers and students. I help the school community by guiding them toward the information they need specially that items are arranged in Dewey Decimal Classification. It provided me a lot of opportunities on practicing my profession specially on organizing library materials and assigning subjects on each item. I also did storytelling among children.
The challengesThe challenges working for this company are lack of additional personnel. Also, given the small population of the students which amounts to 500 +, salary is not very high.
