Weak management, poor communication, delayed salary, no HMO, and low employee support.

The good thingsThe company offers a slightly higher-than-average salary compared to industry norms, which can be attractive to employees seeking better compensation.

The challengesWeak project management and leadership leading to unclear direction and inefficient execution, management has limited understanding of roles affecting decision-making and coordination, HR is not approachable and does not support or protect employee concerns, frequent delays in salary release, poor communication between management and staff, unorganized on-site systems and processes, no HMO or medical insurance coverage provided as part of employment benefits, and insufficient attention to employee welfare, workplace concerns, and proper operational management.

The good things..expat boss is good, but my filipino staff are making/giving problems/burden to co-filipino workers.. company is good too, but again this staff want to be their own boss, although they are not really qualified just \"mga sipsip at mapanira\". they are making a fool of themselves.! reasons of which, i have to go - resign, causing a brain-drain to a company i could have helped for its betterment.!

The challenges..changing the attitudes of my staff who had been in the company(proj based) for a long time, and new breed but \"mga sipsip at mapanira sa kapuwa pinoy\".. and these \"mga sipsip\" are just using me if a threat to them is at hand, and worst is they are pointing their fingers on me, making me the culprit.. also, one of them is making money & a lot of commission that's why he stick/sipsip to them..
