    Undercompensated Revit drafters hired with 1/5 the salary of Singapore HQ counterparts for same task
    The good thingsAcceptable starting basic salary compared to other local BIM companies. Singapore projects help grow your portfolio to certain extent.
    The challengesNo guaranteed annual salary increase. No vacation leaves. No sick leaves. Bare minimum compensation that are only in compliance with DOLE mandates. Management is neglectful of outsourcing office work conditions. Role is more of a Revit drafter than a BIM modeler. No career growth past one year because tasks are repetitive and not really BIM modelling.
