    Not recommended since underpaid, no work-life balance, and toxic environment
    The good thingsIt depends on who are you working with, I'm glad I have met friends and good co-workers and I learned more experience
    The challengesDifficulties working in this company is that overtimes are required even if the health of their employees is at sake and well-being. It is not a work-life balance since I haven't experience breather in my daily working basis. It's sad to think that the management only look for themselves instead of their employees as long as the business is going well.

    Like working with family, with all the ups and downs
    The good thingsThe employer really cares about its employees for the most part. The employee union is extremely helpful and will always have your back. Most executives are quite approachable no matter your position in the company.
    The challengesI only realized this late but the salary is very low. they try to compensate with the benefits package and the seemingly lucrative 16th month bonuses but in the long run it's a very low salary and you won't earn as much as you think.

    The good thingsIndeed, Chinabankers are very kind and compassionate. You won't be having a hard time to adjust yourself working in this company.
    The challengesMaybe, the only challenge I would consider here is the compensation. It is given that basic salary in banks are not as high as other industry offers. Although benefits are excellent, still, I still have to consider the basic salary.

    Great learning opportunities, could do better to compensate employees
    The good thingsThere are plenty of learning opportunities and experiences in the company when you ask for it, and the majority of the employees are easy to get along with, even the custodians and service personnel. The yearly salary increase and additional benefits are always highly anticipated as well. The company also has an in-house psychologist that you can easily make appointments with for free consultations and can also refer you to external services if needed. This is a huge plus, especially for those who are looking for companies that also value the mental well-being of their employees.
    The challengesThe working environment is fast-paced that it often leaves you with little room to breathe, there's a need for additional manpower to balance the workload. The base salary for staff-level is also lower compared to other industries with the same responsibilities and it doesn't fully compensate for the amount of workload (or additional work) and the current needs of a sole breadwinner.
