The challengesAll I can say is workload vs pay. A lot of things to be done on time. You are so stressed out and everything but at the end of the day you come think of it why is your salary doesn’t compensate how tiring and pressure your work is. Also, please increase starting salary of your employees. They are a Bachelor Graduate but sad to say they have a low salary compared to people who are not professionals. Thats why most of your employees are resigning.
