Working in Non Profit Organization for almost 10 years provide me opportunity to help our program beneficiaries become an agent of change in their respective communities.
The good thingsHelping others and sharing personal experiences that help me grow personally and professionally. The organization provides opportunity to maximize our beneficiaries potential and help them succed in life.
The challengesNo major challenges as the organization is a good employer. Would like to take the opportunity for Career advancement that will further develop my skills and provide me more experiences to practice my profession as registered nurse and/or fire me with more passion to serve others.

    Great for starters!
The good thingsThis organization provides good foundation in learning to manage community-based programs for children and youth. The organization focused on youth empowerment by providing substantial trainings and peer-to-peer encounters. The organization empower youth by letting them plan and implement projects in their communities.
The challengesThe organization must focus on providing technical support to employees as well as professional development activities.

    SAVE THE ORGANIZATION
The good thingsAs a National Staff, the open communication with International and the Regional Offices is a culture and regular program consultation is in place. The National Employer gives mid-year bonus apart from the 13th Month. What is most valued in my working experience is the people relationship among rank and file staff i truly miss. The mutual respect among program staff and program manager was strong
The challengesThe Leadership is very weak in Human Relations, unlikely for an NGO which is humanitarian and people oriented. Inappropriate leadership approach that demoralizes the employee is so strong. The SKA as an Engineer is short sighted with a more strategic, programmatic, leadership approach thus create gaps and so much challenges. Good leadership & governance is recommended change.
