    Politics in the back office
The good things- pay and benefits are average
The challenges- They will just get your ideas and reject it at first then use it as their own - Too much politics in the back office - Old employees threatened by new hires - Old school approach

I really had a great experience.
The good thingsI received complements to my customers because I fullfill their satisfaction to make them satisfied how the way I served them. I am overwhelm because even its my first time in that kind of work as sales promo, I did a good and friendly service to them.
The challengesYes definetly, it is very challenging. I said it because even I'm just a seasonal I learned a lot of transactions inside the store, anything and everything that boast my potentials, my skills and my abilities in that field. It seems like you don't want to stop and you'll going to continue what you've started.
