    The company was excellent when it comes to the welfare of their employees.
    The good thingsThe management is very friendly and the work environment was very supportive to the employees specially to the development of their employees.
    The challengesWhen i was working there, the company was very efficient on their products and services, if there is something i can suggest to them now would be the hiring of more staff to properly accomodate all incoming customers.

    The good thingsits good to work here because of nice co work and they also provide seminars and training to help for your mental health, behavioral, leadership and also to enhance your skill. They also have hmo for their employee who work for more than 2years at the company and cash award for employee who reach at 3 years

    The good thingsAs a saleslady of one of their kiosk....I just remembered those happy talks while entertaining the buyers or the customers...sometimes those mad and angry customers who came and talk offensive words..we keep our patience longer and when they are we just released our laugh.

    Cherry Mobile.
    The good thingsThey have a great company but they do not have a great communication. Salary increase is not yearly. Poor management. Poor incentives. But they do great on sales I think and they perform very well in the IT industry however the management itself is not.
    The challengesThe process of loaning handset units. In my early stay in the company its so fast but today ,its so slow because of the signatories that can't find their schedule to sign on papers. The work is challenging because you learn new stuffs from time to time.
