Contract bind is not worth it
The good thingsSome colleagues are great and accomodating
The challengesThere's a bind for your "trainings" but you can get those "trainings" thru internet for free

Was working as a mid level tester with them. to be honest, this is only good people that are starting their testing career but as a mid level to senior just stay away. the pay is low and the bond is just insulting.
The good thingsCoworkers are good to work with. I worked more than 3 years with them and made lots of friends.
The challengesDifficult to get promoted. Low compenstation. Limited projects to work on.

Just enough if you need experience in Software Testing but do not stay after your bond
The good thingsThey offer good benefits and allowances. That's all
The challengesLike how you can improve your skills on your own. You cannot rely on your subordinates or to the bosses

Fun Filled Working Environment
The good thingsThe TL's and managers are fair, friendly and considerate. They helped me reach my full potential in testing. My teammates are the best! Cheq has a lot of trainings not just about testing but also about leadership, business writing, assertive comm and other business skills. I learned a lot from them and had fun joining their parties and summer outings. The best part is there's unlimited drinks!
The challengesThere are stressful days when we had to do OT's for several days and gladly its all paid.

Don't Apply Here Ever
The good thingsSince it is an outsourcing company, you will be lucky if you are deployed in great companies
The challengesLow compensation and no growth. 2 Year bond to your contract after training where in fact you could easily learn it on Youtube.

Company that does not care about your performance or development
The good thingsWonderful people, great colleagues.
The challengesA lot of fine prints in the contract regarding the benefits. 2 years contract bond for "trainings" that you could learn off the internet. Poor promotion process, values attendance rather than output/quality of work. Management will tell you a lot of things, do not expect much unless signed into contract.

Highest Possible Exposure on actual work flow
The good thingsHR-ER honed my skills and exposed me to my future responsibilities as part of HR. They have helped me enhanced my skills, both technical and social. With the experienced that I've gained with them, it gives me more edge than the other fresh graduates.
The challengesI don't see any challenges that I've encountered. They were too shallow to be remembered. The management and processes are great already.

Software Testing
The good thingsRegular salary increase base on performance. Provide updated trainings that applicable for career growth of employees. Team building and socialization for both employer and clients were being practice. Exposure in different project experience.
The challengesMore often team meetings with the admin and HR because most of the SQE testers are deployed in their respective clients. SQE testers should not stay longer than one week as a bench. A particular length must be applied.

Check for Cheq
The good things• Offers great opportunity and learning experience to employees thru regular training
• Reasonable compensation package
• Several \"out of office\" activities
The challenges• Since it is an outsourcing firm, actual work varies per client and employee has no input on which client he may wish to work for
• Management can be improved

WORK
The good thingsCo-workers
The challengesIt is difficult to feel like you belong to a Company since the nature of the company is to deploy testers to different clients. The company should create more projects that can reach out to it's people.
