    Do not work here if you value work-life balance
    The good things-Opportunities for learning technologies that are connected to assigned projects. -First hand experience in maintaining systems.
    The challengesNon-existent work-life balance. Expect calls and issue escalation even in the days you were not able to do so. Salary is not in-proportion with the effort/work that the employee exerts. No room for personal development and endeavors. Expect to be distracted every now and then. Not suitable for employees who are currently studying or taking post-masters degree. No programs for taking precautionary measures of burnt-out employees.

    As a senior sales staff I learned to assist/accomodate different customer ensuring customer satisfaction or good relationship and help branch reach their branch quota.
    The good thingsIn 8 years, I learn a lot in sales and treating our co-worker and immediate boss as family. Its a family oriented company.
    The challengesIn regards with the increase of salary the process is very slow.

    The good thingsPeople are great here as well as the boss except for some departments.Has discounts on product and services
    The challengesThey don't have HMO since they already hired a company nurse. Leaves earned will be used after 1 year of service. Low salary. Organization management is still work on progress.
