    Finding my right match
    The good thingsAt Chemonics I saw excellence in the people I work with, which made me stay in the company for 8 years. I value excellence and strive for it everyday in my worklife. I once got a commendation from the vice president for the quarterly project reports I wrote.
    The challengesChemonics could improve in monitoring its projects, both in the technical and administrative areas. The company could also improve in guiding project managers, so that the best solutions could be had with minimal losses on \"experimental\" strategies.
