    Great experience working with General Manager!
    The good thingsMy manager helped me manage and implement Health,Safety, Environment Annual Plan. Regular monitoring is also part of my job roles working in chemical industry!
    The challengesYou will learn a lot of things: 1. Self-learning is given. Time is your friend 2. My manager always highlight to me "Plans are critical but its putting them into action that counts".

    The good thingsenjoy working with the QARD and other department. you'll enjoy what you're doing inside the lab and also outside.
    The challengesfirst, the salary is not well compensated with the nature of a chemist's work. then the management neglects your work if they forgot about it..reminding them makes you wrong (or sometimes, hindi raw iyon ang napagusapan) that's why i quit.

    The good thingsI enjoyed the things i did the quality assurance side and the research and development side.
    The challengesThe management was the challenge during my tenure as a lab analyst, i can't focus on a project due to overloading of research and non of it were to put on actual production. Sad truth.
