First Stepping StoneThe good thingsBesides friendly co-workers here, there are a lot of things I've learned from this company. I learned so much about handling situation under pressure, dealing with client and many more with regards to field work. Due to knowledge in programming, I was transferred to systems department which change my whole career into a software engineer, ever since, I learned new things everyday.
The challengesThe challenges I had encountered here was pressure, lack of time management due to assigned work overload. Company has lack of work force when it comes to dealing with huge project which causes delays in targeted time. So much stressful days due to project deadlines. Work load management and distribution should be considered.
