    Family oriented, Good place to learn/practice skills, Lots of workload but sadly salary is only at minimum...
    The good things1.) Family Oriented 2.) Good learning environment 3.) Encourages staff/employees to stand up and step up to their game
    The challenges1.) Lots rather ton's of workload 2.) IT services is still in development period (tons of improvement to do... and implement) 3.) You need to be very creative and resourceful 4.) Unfortunately...Do not have anyone to share knowledge about programming/development of company systems.. Staff's/employees are too busy to cooperate...
