    The good thingsGood management and working environment. Company is not the strict business-formal type yet people are very professional and easy to be with. There is a career path and the management is giving it's people a full potential to grow.

    The good thingsVery good working environment. Very positive. The managers are very kind and very supportive. I would recommend fresh graduates to apply to this company because they are willing to share what already they have, they will teach you of what you need to learn without giving you any pressure. They let you grow not just simply to be an employee but a responsible person able to help the community.
    The challengesThe company is just starting and is continuously expanding. One of the things a new employee would take into consideration before accepting the job offer are the benefits he will get from the company. But unfortunately, the company cannot offer much benefits as they are just starting and not that quite stable. But to compensate this, they offer worthwhile trainings and opportunity for you to grow.
