CMG is the company that provides great opportunities for its employees.
The good thingsYou get the chance to travel abroad for corporate meetings/events. Provides trainings for career development. I enjoyed work-life balance. Working environment isn't as stressful as the other companies I've worked with. The bosses are very much concerned with each of the employees.
The challengesProbably the only problem I had was getting sales.

Fun work experience for fresh graduates
The good thingsColleagues are very nice. Its a fun working place because most employees are young and we all get along. There's also free fruits every week. And it will improve your communication skills since you'll be talking to different nationalities via phone calls and emails.
The challengesPressure to meet deadlines and quota, there's no OT pay, routine work, agreed commission isn't given as promised, and you wouldn't receive your commission once you left the company.

CMG is not just a workplace... it is HOME.
The good thingsThe company culture is young, vibrant and very motivated. The management is open when it comes to employees' concerns, values their insights and gives high regard to growth and development. Senior leadership prioritizes their employees' welfare and makes sure that everyone is happy. Sales at this company is fun and teaches an individual how to work in a team. Throughout the day you make calls and send out e-mails. The greatest part is when a sale is made, the representative rings a bell and everyone claps their hands to celebrate and compliment the representative! Pizza will then flood the office! Opportunities to travel are given to those who are able to do a very good job in their respective fields. Salary is always on time and bonuses/commissions rock! (if you deserve it of course). All employees are gifted, fun to work with, team players and adore what they do. I think this is the most significant factor that makes CMG a great place to work. Not to mention the fact that everyone looks after each other may it be professionally, spiritually or simply your day to day needs. We are a family. Employees in entry-level positions are a hodge podge of mixed personalities and characteristics which makes coworkers unique and inspiring. You get to learn a lot from them too! Undoubtedly there are a handful of downsides to the job, but fortunately I haven't ran into any of those. Understandably, I can only speak about my experiences so far which spans almost 7 years. CMG is not only a great place to begin any career, it is also a wonderful place to develop a successful career.
The challengesYou come in weighing 43 kilos and ends up weighing double after just a few months or so. :(

    CMG Review
The good thingsJust the weekly ration of fruits.
The challengesThere are no guaranteed annual increments and there are no other benefits. Plus, the agreed commission is not the same as the actual commission they are giving.
