    The good thingsThey management were very supportive to their project managers in achieving the target within the time-frame. I want to know the category of the company since they are still upgrading at this time and looking forward to get more projects especially on infrastructure projects.

    The good thingsInfinite opportunities were given such as learning things in the field of my expertise by my own. Also,my manager together with the construction team work harmoniuously and with concern to each other.
    The challengesYou need to overcone the crab mentalities of other department trying to drag you down. The undenyble thriftinesss of the owner specialy when it comes to compensation of the selected employees who were definitely the reason why the conpany have income just because of the closeness made by the other employees.
