    The workplace is hindered by manipulative practices, excessive micromanagement. Not Recommended!!!
    The good thingsGreat coworkers and a supportive environment make work enjoyable, and the company consistently provides salary on time, which adds to its reliability and professionalism.
    The challengesWhile the company has great coworkers and pays salaries on time, one challenge is that performance metrics seem to focus more on obedience rather than actual capability, which can sometimes limit growth and recognition of skills.

    The good thingsYou will have good colleagues, and you will learn the value of your hard-earned money.
    The challengesThe admin here is always correct, she is perfect! She's really good in looking for mistakes. Your mistakes. Occasional "life realizations" will be shared in the company's GC, encouraging employees to reflect and respond in this is mandatory.

    My overall experienced is a traumatic, I won't recommend this organization to anyone, they will ruin your inner peace and goals.
    The good thingsI could not see any good things neither opportunities on this company.
    The challengesManagement is always the main issue, they tend to overly micromanage and seems no freedom of expression. Management has poor professional leaders, they have no proper experienced on how to handle and manage people in a professional way.

    The good thingsall the employer are friendly, very accommodating, but sadly wasn't able to experience longer due to family problem but it was a great experience
    The challengesit was quite challenging because we have many task to do, many tools to open, many brands to handle, and many bulk orders to manage.

    The good thingsGreat management! Ensures the work and life balance of the employee. Gives the employee an opportunity to grow professionally and develop their career. Great benefits and perks. The environment is awesome. Salary is very competitive.
    The challengesThe challenges that you will be encountering is only within yourself, and it's pretty easy to deal with it, you only need to do is adapting its great culture. This company is awesome and you can't ask for more on that.
