Great experience if you prefer the monotony of corporate life but I wanted to do more than they can offer.
The good thingsGenerous compensation package. Straightforward hiring process and onboarding. Great medical benefits. You are encouraged to learn new skills to either leverage or complement your skills. A helpful local team. A great company for those who prefer the organization and structure of corporate life. One of the companies that does it right. Agile development is used for deciding and managing workload.
The challengesTime tracking for payroll is pretty micromanaged, manual, and confusing.

It will depend upon the project you're deployed it and mostly the people you are working with.
The good thingsThe people here are nice people.
The challengesThe commute, location of the company, the management -- some processes especially HR processes are not well-established. It feels like the management does not care with the employees, or do care to selective employees only.

Technical Growth
The good thingsI experienced technical growth while working in CHAMP Cargosystems. I had the opportunity to use emerging technologies at that time such as microservice technologies or CI/CD technologies. The company is staffed with highly technical people so there is a big chance that you will be coached effectively.
The challengesThere might be no path for management career since the focus of the company is to grow the technical skillset of its employees.
