    Great for gaining experiences for your next career opportunity.
    The good thingsThey are the direct distributor of Leica Geosystems products so in return you get to use those state of the art equipments in different land surveying works you do. Also, you get to better your leadership and management skills since you get to be team lead on a set of surveyors. The different kinds of projects makes you learn about everything you should know for your next career. Not to mention the latest softwares you get to experience with your company issued high powered laptop.
    The challengesFavoritism is very rampant here, they favor the ones they're related to or the ones who have years already in the company. To new hires, beware of getting treated unfairly. The kind of work you do may sometimes be very risky, and yet there are no such kind of insurance to protect you.

    Great workmates, inhumane company policies
    The good things-Great people, hardworking and dedicated, lots of field work and exposure to projects - Visited clients in different project locations, with OT meal and food allotment. -Very nice superiors, one of the best training grounds for Land Surveying, GIS, IT applications. -Nice location, adjacent to malls
    The challenges-Automatic half day salary when late -CCTV monitored employees, Mobile phones are asked to be deposited upon time in, coffee and lunch breaks must strictly be followed or salary deduction, going out of the office building is not allowed during shift -Very limited leaves -Takes years before health card arrives even when you're regular already -Need training for HR employees for better and humane handling of employees grievances -Company owners also need to see the backbone of the business, their employees' concern, training, facilities and computers for better delivery of outputs.

    The good thingsOptimizing the Geospatial Information –Data Processing & Management helps develops fully scalable server solutions to build & deploy web-enabled map services applications, updating the apps, and accurate data serving.
    The challengesSystem assembling and dissembling of PC hardware. Install Operating Systems like Win 98, win2000.xp and win 2003 server. Ins. And working w/ modems, drivers, and antivirus.

    Positive work environment.
    The good thingsBosses/Supervisors often show their appreciations for simple little things when employees go the extra mile. Comfortable relationship between boss and worker is always a good goal for engaging employees. They are positive and motivational and easy to work with - not like bosses but more like leaders. It also feels like home because your co workers are like your family.
