    The good thingsI find this a challenge to share my experience in building this new cement plant in construction works,assist in installation/alignment of mechanical equipment and most especially in the run-in operation during commissioning.
    The challengesThis will enhance the community growth and contribute to the over-all welfare of the town in general by the generation of taxes and building of social-economic projects and hospitals. And generation of livelihood income for the neighboring communities benefited by the construction of the cement plant.
