    The good things1)id like to work your hotel 2)id like to work her in phil. 3)nice hotel 4)nice company 5) i dont have work.
    The challenges1)i dont have work this time 2)almost 2yers vacation due to pandemic 3) not pull ship start to travel 4) i dont have income 5) my company is very nice but due to pandemic.. ill stay longer vacation so im weeling to work to your comany.

    The good thingsVery friendly employees and staffs, job is hard but you will get good experience you need for your future.
    The challengesI left because of very low and very delay salary, sometimes you'll only receive half of your expected salary too. The salary is not worth it because the work itself is very hard and stressful. If you only want experience this is the right place.

    The good thingsI started my career here at Century when it was still Sheraton and that time everything was just done well and all employees are well trained and compensated very well. it is a work which every employee will love. Thats why most employees that time really stayed there for the longest time and no one bother to leave unless a better opportunity will come their way.
    The challengesLots of chanllenges which eventually become a learning lesson to each and everyone. Chanllenges we face everyday in dealing with guest on how to please them without compromising the hotel. Giving full guest service satisfaction for them to keep them coming back.
