Although there was no formal training, limited career growth, and the workload was exhausting, I’m grateful for the experience. I had a positive working environment, and our manager, Ma’am Jo, was incredibly kind—the kindest I've worked with.
The good thingsThe company offers valuable learning opportunities, particularly in understanding the parameters used for analyzing both finished products and raw materials, which greatly enhances technical skills.
The challengesThe challenging part was the high volume of samples, which often made it difficult to take proper breaks, including during lunch, as there was no designated space for analysts to rest.

    Great experience.
The good thingsThe experiences that were gained that helped me become more of a person with great views and perceptions on things and situations. It taught me how to become a more responsible person when it comes to my primary job the quality control and assurance, work well as a team member and/or independently even with minimum supervision and trainings to become more effective individual and worker.
The challengesActually, all of the experiences I have gained in the company was good and helped me become as a person I wanted. Maybe, the life and work balance is not that good but I guess it's very much common on all the food manufacturing companies.

    A good learning Experience
The good thingsIf you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, with so much learning to acquire, this company is good. It's also in the business for only two years so there are great opportunities for fresh grad- such as Supervisory level. You will be challenged to go beyond what you learned from school. There are also different persons since it does not discriminate against other religions so will meet different people.
The challengesToo dynamic that would have to render overtimes Lots of work - you can be a payroll officer and still be responsible for other tasks. Far from the city but it does have its own canteen Noise from the manufacturing parts of the plant, hard to concentrate If you're not used to interacting with other people, you'll get a hard time since there are many people to meet Sometimes, there are office gossips. Needs to further develop on employee relationship.

A good start for a Chemical Engineer
The good thingsWhat's exciting with this company is that you will have a rigid trainings, undergo pressure, and good handling of stress problems. The company provides series of trainings and seminars, afterwards, actual performing of your responsibilities until such time that you will be able to memorize and understand your job.
The challengesThe most challenging part is when having shifting schedules and problem solving under pressure. But all of these mentioned challenges are just a part of being an Engineer. As an Engineer, a person must know his strengths and weaknesses in order to be flexible enough in handling situations and unexpected incidents.
