    working with the Sales Operation Management Group has been a challenge for me, because they often make me feel like I’m not part of the team. Especially with the training head and her assistant, I can’t help but feel constantly judged

    The challengesI think the team needs to improve by fostering more sincerity and avoiding gossip, so they can build a healthier and more supportive environment

    The good thingsOpportunities to have learning new stuffs... Normal working hours. Can get along with other departments as well.
    The challengesNo work life balance, no salary increase, poor managing of team. Projects are poorly executed led to setbacks.

    Could have been my long term tenure. Lost my job because of pandemic
    The good thingsIn your first week, you might learn everything! Quality people work here. I loved my boss. Considerate and pro active. HR cares! When we left the company because of pandemic last year, they provided us HMO good for a year! It was a great help! I got great separation pay.
    The challengesYou may work with difficult and boastful people. This is not a place for imbeciles. You need to be smart already if you want to work here. You must know what you are doing. Pressure is pretty good.

    The good thingsYou will be also working to configure with PS, MM, REFX and act as Basis Consultant. You can also learn about ABAP and Salesforce. The work is not too heavy and there is growth. Lot of things to learn

    The good thingsI enjoy the camaraderie that my co-employee have done and the workers of the construction site delivers a good attitude to their bosses.
