Being a Project Engineer is Challenging and Exhausting. But the experience will teach you respect, enhance your management skills, build your confidence, and efficiency at work.
The good thingsWhen you're in the field, you will get to meet a lot of people from all walks of life. In just a short period of time, you will be familiarized with the operations on site and learn new things along the way which will build your character as well.
The challengesManaging a new project is thrilling and challenging at the same time. Thrilling in the sense that the scope of works will not be the same from the previous project so the approach to handle a new one will be different. Challenging because you encounter new clients to impress for the project to run smoothly.

The good thingsWorking here at CIWI was a very challenging job, and this company will surely bring out the best in you. You will be rewarded if you perform well, this company is generous at it gives opportunity to showcase your skill in exchange of good benefits.
The challengesThe only challenge working here is the limited resources in office supplies, limited number of computers to be used by all of the employees, lacks IT personnel to address issues regarding computer and other related issues.

I learned so many things about structural steel.
The good thingsI enjoyed the learnings i got from my superior and my foreman. The projects are unending so many additionals and you will learn alot in steel.
The challengesYou really have to spend the night in site because when there are materials to be delivered, it is expected to arrive at around 2-3am. But it wasn’t a problem at all because i got used to it.
