    The good thingsOur commision basis.. when our good clients are fully paid thier good choice we are handling our own time. We are enjoying talking with different kind of people. We are enjoying each kind af attitude as individuals.

    Its worth the wait
    The good thingsCentury Properties is indeed a great and established company. Their office is located in Makati and they give a 1-day hiring process. You will spend your whole day at their firm but if you pass all their qualifications and interview, you'll get the job offer right away. There's no promises that they will call you soon or get in touch with you. You just have to allot a day and you'll had the result
    The challengesThe only challenging part is if your patience is long enough to wait for the result as they process your application. As I've said its a 1 day process. You have to wait for a few minutes before you got called for an interview, then minutes again for the last and final interview. Then there you made it, you'll know your application status after a long wait.

    The good things- The employer offered a good position - The employer gives high pay - Agents will learn how to specialize in acquiring clients through saturations in malls and streets - The employer provides good training and motivation - The employer rewards their performing employees - The bosses lead their agents well and are more flexible in their selling style
    The challenges- The location of the office is far (Makati) so it is difficult to go there - Upon hiring, the employer offered a high salary but during the course of employment, there were several issues and the agents got a lower salary since then - The employer really requires work on holidays. We only had Christmas day and New Year's day for rest. - There is a lot of overtime. The agents go home late.

They don't just teach you to do your job but they teach you to be your job. Doing so will boost your confidence in your decision making because you know that the company is giving you not just the trust to an employee, but the trust to a family member.
    The challengesChallenging? Everyday life in Century Properties is challenging. You are being challenged to perform on your own discretion and judgement. All the duties of a certain individual creates opportunity to other people to be a more mature individual to make a more sounding decisions.

    The good thingsI learned a lot wprking at Century Properties Inc., My boss teached me to be more patient when it comes to the accomodation of unit owners and tenants. My co-workers are very helpful when it comes to problem at work place.
    The challengesMost challenging is to be able to give/deliver the needs and wants of the unit owner and to know that they are satisfied with the services that we give them. to work harmonourly with my co workers is challenging because we have our own perceptions when it comes to work.

    The challengesOnce you are no longer connected with the company you can no longer get your commission, there are departments( team) that uses the commission to retain their people. You got to work from 9am in the morning to report and go home by 11:30pm. no health benefits included.

    The good thingsvery supportive in terms of job related as well as personal concerns. Continuous improvement, being pro active and safety concerns was the main goal of the company. We did not stop to learn but we still keep on learning. Most of the Managers and staff were result oriented as one of the company's and clients goal.
    The challengesI handled a medium rise building that was built more than 35 years ago. I was task to do a makeover to look like a new building with limited budget. With the support of the company and the client itself, we meet our goal advance of our target date. The building is consider one of the best in our area.

    The good thingsPeople in the company are friendly and very well mannered. The office is a nice place and is well maintained with very good ambiance for working, air-conditioned everywhere. Everyone gets trained and gets to join diff. types of seminars. Supervisors are very well informed and supportive of their team. The properties of the company are very competitive not only in price range but in quality as well
    The challengesThere are some stuff that could've been done better such as advertising in malls. They could've been more aggressive in terms of presentation of the booths especially because the company boasts of luxury properties which in turn would attract more prospects to inquire about the different properties they sell if the booths itself are very presentable.
