My Work ExperienceThe good thingsI enjoyed the field and office work, it's very easy.. the office is nice too. But i don't like the atmosphere there. All the employees have no power to decide even on simple issues. Even the Manager has no power, there is always an approval from the Owner/Managing Director. That's why some of the work will be delayed and your target clients will be gone.
The challengesIt's difficult to find new clients. Sometimes, it's already near to close a deal but it will be gone because of some reasons like delayed passing of proposals for the target clients etc.
