    I don't recommend designers to apply
    The good thingsEveryone is very nice and easy to communicate with almost feels like a family. The training is good.
    The challengesVery little pay for so much work. And the mon to sat work schedule is very stressful. No incentives or benefits for new hires because they only prioritize senior employees.
