    management is UYAYA (slow) on decisions and reports, resulting to negative effect on employees.
    The good thingsPeople around you. Cause it seems you are sharing the same frustrations on the company. Company is good but the management is not.
    The challengesKeeps getting worse every year. Not notified regarding the extended probationary status before reaching 6mos. Delayed evaluation, delayed benefits (late for a year at most). Also, Corporate social responsibility should be Company Expense and gifts distributed by employees, NOT requiring employees to pledge a gift.

    The good thingsThey were supportive and great. They give opportunities to grow, policies are a bit lax and considerate to their employees
    The challengesThe workload is most times off the plate. you are required to have communication even on days off and holidays.
