    Good choice for widening your horizons
    The good thingsThe challenges we, employees, face everyday provides us training and professional development especially in the practice of pharmacy since this hospital provides clinical pharmacy services. In terms of schedule, we are given 2 days off and we can openly request for leaves and when to have our day off.
    The challengesAs with other hospitals, the salary is not as competitive as in other industries. And as compared with other hospitals in the area, the benefits are not as competitive either. There is also the problem of interdepartmental coordination as it still needs to be improved.
