    I enjoy the academe
    The good thingsAs a veterinarian, I wanted to contribute data in the field through research. This institution has been very conducive for that. There is also a big room for potential, and I feel that I can contribute towards exploiting it even if I'm still a young professional.
    The challengesTypical instructor roles are quite demanding. It's quite a challenge to juggle instruction, research, and extension.

    I was an English tutor to poor children before.
    The good thingsMy pleasure seeing my students learned new knowledge from me. This is my passion to share my teach them.
    The challengesIt was a big challege for me to teach and mold children who belong to slow learner yet enjoyable. There was no difficult things I have encountered since I was enjoying my job.
