    The good thingsThe COO is on hand working with me side by side. We work as a team and its a great experience and learning . The Operations Manager is easy to work with, approachable like the COO. Any problems arises are well managed because of their untiring support. We are well paid together with some additional perks.
    The challengesWork challenges. Time management because of the trust given. The ability to follow, learning to listen well on the tasking so that you will not commit mistakes. The challenge is how you will give your best to do the job well, and well done because of their ability to help and trust.
