    The good thingsThe employers here are friendly and they are also strict when it comes to deadlines to help the interns become better employees in the future of their respective companies they will apply to, as well as giving the immersion of working in a fast-pace environment and become familiar with the departments we go to.
    The challengesExpectations will be as high in every employer and this is given, and there will be some days (particularly the schedules when the event days are near and after), during afternoons the job will become fast in the pace of the employee.

    The challengesCITEM's retention rate is very high due to many factors such as average salary, benefits and perks. It will be best if they could give contractual employees better salary.

    The good thingsIf you are interested in promoting the culture in arts of the Philippines, this place is right for you. You can help our country and as well as the designers to promote their designs in where they showcase it in the Manila Fame event. The employees are approachable and it would make you feel like home.
    The challengesBesides the goals of the team you also have to set a goal to yourself in order for the big event to be a success.
