    The good thingsThe management gave me opportunity to explore overall operations an accounting department has. I felt I learned a lot because of that.
    The challengesThe company should give preferential attention to things that will motivate the employees to work productive. Such as a once a year bit increase in salary, grant of satisfying bonus, and promotion as well.
