    Friendly working environment, good compensation.
The good thingsThe good things working with this company is that crew are treated well by the management. There's a chance for career opportunities advancement and the salary is more competitive than other cruiseline industry.
The challengesWorking in this company you must have higher level of patience dealing with the difficult guest and crew members. Most of the cases you have to show your multitasking capability as you may be required to do in beyond your job requirements.

i had a culture shock at first as expected for the first timer working on board a ship and overseas. but with the help of my superiors and colleagues i overcome all the challenges and i enjoyed working there.i learned a lot things while i was there especially the word "respect" its very important if you want to work there for a long time.
The good thingsi enjoyed working with different nationalities and the company takes care of their employees very much. The superiors in the working place are approachable.
The challengesmaybe add some working materials neede for the operation to run smoothly. some day offs at least once a month would be very helpful for the employees.

    Wondeful, exciting and exhausting
The good thingsI am a globe trotter. I interd to travel to see places while I can and while I have the opportunity to do so. Working on a cruiseship made me accomplish that. The best way to see the world and get paid and is to do this.
The challengesYou have to be physically and mentally ready for the fact that once you sign up for this job, youll work every single day for atleast 7 months. No days off, only time off (if your boss thinks your worthy).

I am very grateful to had this company to be part of my career,I gained most of my experiences from this company .the best cruiseline company I must say.
The good thingsI started working in cruise industries on.my twenties,so, I gained most of.my experience not.only by doing the job,but also dealing with different people.with different.nationalities.same.time.i have been all over the world few times that is one of the privilege working in sevenseas.salary.is also great,I saved as.much as I can for.my future and my family.sent my children to exclusive schools.provided.what they need.i had a good life..
The challengesThe most challenges working at sea,is to get the sea legs.ive got so seasick when the first time I stepped on board.second was homesickness from the time I am leaving my family, during the old year that we did not have an internet and mobile phones.we count on letters and mails which we only received twice a month.but everythings different now.

Great company with great superiors. Enjoyed my job here all the time.
The good thingsIt all starts with good environment, then good people and then good compensation. As we always say, happy crew means happy guests.
The challengesEvery job has challenges but it will only matter if you will take it negatively instead of a place of opportunity. To me, working with this company always brings out the best in me and that excites me more and more.
