    The good thingsMinimal only. There's no exciting opportunities for you ahead.
    The challengesIf you are a part-time instructor, there isn't an employer-employee relationship. Meaning, you have no benefits and all. Plus, the plantilla item is only given to those who have larger connections with the administration.
