This company give me the freedom to go out evrytime and anytime there is an activity or any occassion that might need my presence. i can also make absences without prior notice just i text my immediate supervisor. So sometimes salary does not matter.
The challengesi find it difficult to look at the book of accounts since i dont have a background in acntg. since our dept involve in auditing its difficult for me since am into engineering though there are also areas that am good at. My supervisor knew about this weakness so she makes sure am assigned to areas that i have knowledge. She makes my works easier and enjoyable.
