    A very rewarding and fulfilling job.
    The good thingsThe environment is very fun. The job is more like a reward than a job, as you are to experience something that is somewhat a once in a lifetime experience.
    The challengesThe only challenge is the ever changing schedule, which will eventually be a 'normal routine' for you.

    The challengesNo career advancement. Strong politics inside. Lack of warehouse training. Not everyone are trained to use AMOS but we still use it anyway. Not everyone are trained to inspect aircraft parts but they inspect the aircraft parts still. Honestly, it's disappointing knowing that this is an Airline Company.

    The good thingsThe youthful culture is something that drew me to Cebu Pacific. The way the organization is structured where the culture allows you to communicate directly with top officers when necessary. The teamwork culture is something I appreciate.
    The challengesThe challenging part of working with the company is motivating people in terms of seeing the long term benefit of sticking with the company. Apart from the travel benefit perks, most people I interacted with did not see a definite advancement plan for people to go up the ranks and get promoted. Growth of compensation and benefits is also a challenge to keep performing people
