    The good thingsThe people i work with are actually great. We work well together.
    The challengesAlways stressed. Always rushed. Thank you - overtime. Reimbursements takes so long if you are lucky. If you are unlucky you won't get it for "reasons". Really low salary even for a senior level position. There is also very bad company politics where employees transfer from one department to the other all the time. No parking, no benefits, nada.

    The good thingsTop Management is willing to share their knowledge. There's already a standard process compare to other companies. This is a good start for fresh graduates, you can find a good camaraderie here. If your are an excellent employee, promotion is fast.
    The challengesSalary, if you are after the experience only this company is good for you but if not, salary will be a great issue for you. Office Politics is very rampant that even the Top Management allowed it because this is already the culture of the company and its very disappointing because you can see great employee leaves because of office politics.

    The good thingsOur employer did not forget to acknowledge and give token of appreciation to the employee who is deserving.They are treating their employee as there family, our management is always ready to help his employee if we are in need, they are very religious family.
    The challengesFor my 7 years of working in their company i didn't find any difficulties especially with my co-workers every body is satisfied and happy of what the company has given to us, this is all they are looking for in the company to be happy inspite of every challenges we e are encountering.
