    The good thingsExecutives are very approachable and down to earth. They listen to your concerns and help you in any ways they could. They support activities wherein not just the workers enjoy but their families as well. Fun sportsfest, trick or treat and so much more!

    The challengesSome officers, particularly Supervisors, need to go through a Management Development Program. Many of the company's supervisors are performers and rose from the ranks. So it is necessary to develop them so they can handle new challenges.
