    • Man Power Supervisor at (Cebu General Services, Inc.) • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. • Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team. • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met. • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.). • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in short listing, issuing employment contracts etc. • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures. • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda. • Coordinate training sessions and seminars. • Perform orientations, on boarding and update records with new hires. • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback. • Support other functions as assigned.

    The good thingsconducive for training and a very well verse company with lots of opportunities people here are so approachable and friendly. they will see to it that in every problems we experience you would not feel uncomfortable and alone for they will always be there to help me.
    The challengespatience by so far is really needed for you have to deal with different kind of people. as a manpower service provider we are obliged to meet the standard that our clients has demanded. the time span that our clients has demanded is not easy but together with the aid of our top management we certainly can conquer everything.

    I do enjoy working with them.
    The good thingsI love working with this company for the reason that I receive my salary on time. Complete remittances for our benefits such as SSS, Pag-ibig Fund and Philhealth in which we might need one of these incase of emergency. Our supervisor under with company was always open with our minor concerns and also friendly with us. I can assure this company where I worked for now to others that they will receive all the good things just like mine if they will worked with the CGSI.
