    my experience was great, challenging and full of fun.
    The good thingsThere is teamwork among colleagues and the Admin. The Admin provides all the necessary things (tools) needed for the enhancement of the teaching learning process. All employees were treated very well regardless if new or an old in the institution. The Admin is willing to listen to suggestions and comments and would always find a room for change and betterment.
    The challengesThe challenges encountered in the company are, there are some materials that are not available in the classroom in which a teacher's initiative is tested which is also a good indication on the efficiency of the teacher.
