The good thingsThe manager of the said company is dedicated to her work. No bias to her employees and she also gives advises to her employees and she also help in encouraging workers to be more productive.
The challengesSometimes the manager is very strict in which some employees were afraid on approaching when they need to clarify something. Good communication between employee and manager should be best to be improve so that working within the company is harmonious.
