    Phone calls, customer servicing and paper works. It was fun working together with the team
    The good thingsThey treat their people like a family so everyone in the company are very close. Bonding with people is easy and everyone is definitely easy to approach to if you're having some trouble. Customers aren't really scary and I'm sure you wont have a hard time dealing with them.
    The challengesThe telephone that I was using has very low volume and it can't be adjust so sometimes I have to clarify each time what the caller's concern all about. Of course there are times that they feel irritated but as long as you know what to do then everything's gonna be alright.
